    Eleanor S. McCulley, R.N.

    Eleanor’s current practice comes from integrating her medical knowledge as a registered nurse, acupressure techniques, applied clinical nutrition and Restorative Endocrinology™ training with her experience in business management in health and education. In 1974 she started working in and running operating rooms while studying complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). She has used that knowledge to develop wellness programs for hospitals and corporations and managed various profit and non-profit health care industry start-ups. Austin 3D Health was started in 2006.

    Experience includes:

    • Currently with Austin 3D Health providing Restorative Endocrinology™, Applied Clinical Nutrition, NAET: allergy elimination using acupressure and Acupuncture combined with whole food and herbal supplements and bio-identical hormones
    • Directed start-up strategy to establish a nationwide network of franchised health centers offering rejuvenation therapy, health management and wellness and detoxification programs
    • Developed a hospital strategic plan for a cultural and organizational change which improved performance and operational efficiency, measurably impacting profits, client satisfaction and employee morale
    • Managed start-up of Austin Smiles, a non-profit organization, that provides reconstructive surgery, primarily cleft lip and palate repairs for children of Austin, Texas and Latin America and completed over 2,500 surgeries by 2005. Still an active volunteer and has completed 19 surgical missions
    • Project Director for a statewide standards-based platform for collaborative delivery of telecom services and products, which included advanced education, telemedicine and community networking services
    • Managed start-up of the first free-standing Minor Emergency Center in the State of Texas: developed strategy for site location, emergency room design, scope of care and services, scheduling and budgeting for the build-out as well as management of all patient, vendor and employee relations
    • Developed and implemented Wellness Programs for major corporations
    • Directed the Stress Management Department for The Hills Fitness Center in Austin, Texas
    • Instructor for Austin Community College in Surgical Anatomy & Physiology and Operating Room Technicians
    • Managed hospital operating and recovery rooms in Houston and Austin, Texas
    • Assisted with start-up of a hospital cardiac rehabilitation center in Houston, Texas
